What Are the Benefits?
- Build strength and power through multi-joint movement and
recruitment of major muscles while you squat, bench, press and more!
Squat rack, bumper plates and kettlebells are just a few of the tools
you’ll use in the Lift section!
Enhance speed, agility and overall quality of movement through
functional training and conditioning you to peak performance. Pulls up
bars, rip trainer, suspension trainer, and heavy ropes are some of the
equipment that will help you reach your optimal athletic performance.
- Utilize active recovery techniques and employ myofascial release
movement to increase overall mobility and range of motion. Recovery is
also an important piece of increased cardio endurance.

Fearless Females - Monday and Thursday Nights at 6:30pm
Ladies are you eager for a whole new way to lose weight and build strength? If so, this ALL WOMEN’S training group is for you! Weekend Warriors - Saturday and Sunday Mornings at 10am
Prepared to bring a whole new meaning to being a weekend warrior? Then join us at the Tactical Locker! READY TO TRAIN for your upcoming obstacle course race? Come and join us for the Course Combaters class! In this obstacle course race geared class, you will hang, push, pull, squat, crawl, lift, lunge, and sprint the way your body is intended to. Novice to experienced obstacle course racers are welcome!
