Lose Big (ages 16+)
Choose from our selection of 2-day or 3-day per week workouts with a certified personal trainer (meet our trainers here). You'll be grouped with a small team of participants, and on the right track to reach your goals.

$100 for nutritional counseling add-on. This offer includes one-on-one counseling throughout Lose Big to help you better meal plan, access nutritional guidance, monitor progress, provide feedback and includes an initial nutritional assessment.
