Lose Big Returns in March 2022! Our original 12-week fitness program that began in 2010 is back!  So grab a friend, join a team-led by one of our seasoned personal trainers/instructors, and begin your journey to improving your fitness level and overall wellbeing.  Plus, you'll receive nutritional guidance to round out the program and you don't have to be a member to join in!

Lose Big (ages 16+)

Choose from our selection of 2-day or 3-day per week workouts with a certified personal trainer (meet our trainers here).  You'll be grouped with a small team of participants, and on the right track to reach your goals.

  • Green Ridge members receive 15% off.
  • Non-members receive 3-daily admission passes.
  • $100 for nutritional counseling add-on. This offer includes one-on-one counseling throughout Lose Big to help you better meal plan, access nutritional guidance, monitor progress, provide feedback and includes an initial nutritional assessment.
