How to Purchase a Pass
Register Online: Visit our online registration portal, and select the "membership" tab to choose your pass. You’ll need to create a Roanoke County Parks account log-in if you don’t already have one. Passes must be purchased individually for each member of your household.
Register By Phone or Walk-up: Contact the Explore Park Visitor Center at (540) 427-1800.
Get Your Pass: On or before your first visit, you must go to the visitor center to collect a season pass card and get a photo taken for verification.
Reserving Your Time as a Season Pass Holder
Please call the Visitor Center at 9:30 AM on the morning of your visit to reserve your time. This will ensure that space is saved for you.
