NOW ENROLLING FOR SESSIONS BEGINNING JANUARY 4, 2021: If 2020 has taught us anything, it is to focus on our health and wellness. As we enter 2021, it is time to "Renew" this commitment to yourself.  "Renew" is an 8-week group training program that takes an overall approach to fitness, wellness, and nutrition.  "Renew" also offers once a week Zoom calls to allow for questions, insight and support while on your personal journey.  If an overall approach to improving yourself is what you're seeking, "Renew" is the program for you!

"Renew" Group Training (ages 16+)

Choose from our selection of 1-day, 2-day or 3-day per week workouts with a certified personal trainer (meet our trainers here). You'll be grouped with a small team of participants, and on the right track to reach your goals.

  • Non-members - Your program fee includes workouts and two additional daily admissions to improve on your own.
  • Green Ridge members - Get 15% off the program cost, since you already have facility access
  • NEW Nutritional Counseling Add on via Zoom - Get extra nutritional assessment, meal planning, monitoring and feedback with a certified nutrition coach for an extra $100 during the program.
