This gymnastics class (ages 3-4) will go through the basics of gymnastics on floor, vault, beam, and bars. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, bar drills, and vaulting technique. Additionally, strength exercises, flexibility, games, and coordination are all included! Join us for 45 minutes of F-U-N!!
