Originally developed as a Martial Art for self defense, T’ai Chi is a non-competitive, self-paced form of meditation in motion. Focus on letting the body drive the mind through 10 forms at different speeds. Coordinate breath with movement to build a strong body and strong Chi (life force). Instructor: Dink Wiseman
