Our swimmers will continue to build on the basic skills learned in Level 1 in the Level 2 class. The student will become more confident and be able to swim short distances by themselves. Students in this class should be very comfortable going under the water. Emphasis is on learning to float without support, alternating arms and leg actions on front and back along with rotary breathing. Safety lessons are still present in order to ensure our participant's safety around all water environments. Fun is not forgotten either!
