An increasingly popular wellness trend, Forest Bathing is meant to destress, refresh and recharge through simple connections with nature, no tub needed. Join our instructor for a slow and meditative walk, stopping often to help create an immersive experience, focusing on one sense at a time. At the end of our walk, we will enjoy a cup of tea and share our thoughts and experience. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paid and registered adult.
