Improve muscle tone, mobility, flexibility and balance through a series of gentle, yet effective exercises in a relaxed, but focused atmosphere. Bar & mat techniques are incorporated into exercises during this 45-minute class, which a great way to start your week, even during a lunch break from work. Beginners welcome!
