    An internal martial art that emphasizes breathing and gentle continuous movements to help reduce stress and build strength. Also known for improving balance and joint health by slow, mindful, low-impact movements. Classes will focus on standing meditation, gentle flowing movements (Qigong), balance work, and learning the 24 Form.     Learn something new this spring! Adult Salsa Dancing will be hosted by Emilee Fitzwater! This class will be focusing on learning the basics in salsa and bachata. All adults are welcome-beginners, first-timers or intermediate dancers. Mrs. Emilee dances multiple times a week, has taught at multiple locations throughout the valley, partakes in many educational clinics by professional dancers, and even performed with the Guia Dance Company. She is excited to bring her love of dance to Green Ridge Recreational Center. Dress for class is comfortable clothes and shoes (no flip flops please).
