    Begin your morning with this low impact fitness class, designed to blend standing and seated exercises to improve endurance, strength and balance. The class will increase heart rate through gentle exercises and will end with seated poses to improve flexibility and posture.     An internal martial art that emphasizes breathing and gentle continuous movements to help reduce stress and build strength. Also known for improving balance and joint health by slow, mindful, low-impact movements. Classes will focus on standing meditation, gentle flowing movements (Qigong), balance work, and learning the 24 Form.
