  2. T'ai Chi

    Originally developed as a Martial Art for self-defense, T’ai Chi is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and dynamic stretching. A form of “Meditation in Motion”, T’ai Chi connects the mind, body, and spirit through a sequence of slow intentional movements coordinated with breath and mindful imagery.
