    Transformational and focused blend of Pilates and yoga movements that facilitate positive change in the body, mind, and spirit. Pilates principles use the body’s strength, flexibility, and coordination to maximum advantage. Yoga poses align the body, increase flexibility, and move energy through the body, leaving the participant calm enough to meditate after practice. Quiet the mind, embrace the present moment, and manifest good health. Taught by Patricia Placona, a RYT-200 certified instructor.

Nutrition - It's Not Just About the Food - 3/17: This session takes a deeper look at nutrition and our body. We’ll look at factors such as hormones, the gut microbiome, insulin resistance, and environmental factors. Nutrition - Sticking With the Plan - 3/24: This session focuses on putting everything together and helping you to incorporate nutrition into your daily life.
