    If you've wanted to try yoga, but feel you can't get up and down easily, this class is for you! Improve balance, posture, coordination, & memory. Improve muscle tone, reduce stress, and learn relaxation techniques. No need to get on the floor; no experience necessary. Instructor: Patricia Placona, a 200-e RYT, Restorative Yoga Certified Instructor. Class does not meet on 5/29.

    Are you intrigued by the vast array of stars, planets, and other celestial bodies that fill our night sky? If so, come satisfy your curiosity with this hands-on experience at Camp Roanoke, led by the Roanoke Valley Astronomical Society! From guided observation and stargazing to learning about galaxies, nebulae, constellations, and more; the evening will include everything the budding astronomer could need. Binoculars and telescopes will be available, however participants are encouraged to bring their own. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
