This gymnastics class (Ages 5-12) will go through the basics of gymnastics on floor, vault, beam, and bars. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, bar drills, and vaulting technique. Additionally, strength exercises, flexibility, games, and coordination are all included! Join us for an hour of F-U-N!!

This gymnastics class (ages 3-4) will go through the basics of gymnastics on floor, vault, beam, and bars. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, bar drills, and vaulting technique. Additionally, strength exercises, flexibility, games, and coordination are all included! Join us for 45 minutes of F-U-N!!

This gymnastics class for 1-2 year olds (with a parent or legal guardian assisting) will go through the developmental milestones, gymnastics fundamentals, and coordination techniques. Included will be games, child and parent bonding activities, and lots of FUN!
