Practicing yoga is a great way of melting stress in your body and aids as an energy boost while relaxing your body for the evening. This class is suited for beginners and experienced yoga students. Our energetic, experienced staff will lead your children in daily activities, crafts, games, and F-U-N! Wear gym shoes and bring a lunch daily. Two daily snacks are provided.
