The RESTART® Program is a five week group program that can provide clarity and get you started on the road to healthier eating! There is a 3-week sugar detox/whole food challenge built in and each class will focus on a different nutrition topic such as blood sugar regulation and digestion. Summer Camps Calendar

  1. Archery Camp Level 2 (Ages 10-14)

    Cave Spring Middle School

    Designed to test your archery skills in a safe and fun environment. The camps core content includes archery history, safety, technique, equipment, mental concentration, and self-improvement. All instructors are certified by the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries (VDGIF) and have undergone a certification program referred to as BAI, ‘Basic Archery Instructor.’ All registrants must have taken Archery Level 1 in Summer 2021 or Summer 2022 to be able to participate. Please note that this program will focus on the skills of archery, not hunting.
