Originally developed as a Martial Art for self defense, T’ai Chi is a non-competitive, self-paced form of meditation in motion. “Little Gems” is our parent participation class, focusing on cognitive development, balance, movement, coordination, and parent-child bonding through gymnastics centered obstacles & music activities. **Adult participation required. In order for children to participate they need to walk independently without assistance.

“Opals” is a preschool style class that introduces all four events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor). Class focuses on balance, movement, coordination, strength, flexibility, and motor skills, while also practicing colors, numbers, and shapes. This confidence building class encourages teamwork, respect, structure, individuality, and socialization.
