Roanoke County Athletics sets the practices days for youth tackle football. Teams are free to pick a designated time to practice on the day however teams are not permitted to deviate from the set days without permission from Roanoke County Athletics.
August 2nd to August 16th
All Divisions - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays
August 18th to conclusion of season
All Divisions - Monday and Thursdays
Bonus Day - Teams with no scheduled game Monday through Thursday during a given week may elect (coaches decision) to practice on Tuesday without contact or full equipment (ie helmets only).
