Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism's 25th annual Kite Festival.
Please complete and submit the form below. Applications will be accepted until April 5th. If you are approved, you will be contacted via email with more information.
*Please note, preference is given to vendors with handmade/homemade products. In the spirit of a free, family-friendly festival, vendors who provide free activities and experiences to our attendees get bonus points. :)

Event time: 10am - 3pm
*Certain activities may require committee approval to help ensure a good mix of offerings and avoid duplication within the festival.
Standard vendors: A 10x10 area will be included. If utilizing more space, you will be charged more based on your needs.
Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism will not be held responsible for any damage or loss. Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism has the right to use images of any artwork submitted for display to help promote the event.
Artist accreditation will be given when possible, but Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism is not responsible for omissions in any publication.
Vendors will not be allowed to roam the field selling their products. Vendors are responsible for cleanliness of their vendor area upon completion of the festival.
Submittal of this form does NOT guarantee selection for participation in the Kite Festival.
The deadline for this application is April 5th, and you will be contacted within 2 weeks of submission regarding your acceptance status.
