ACE 2025 Schedule

ACE Camp runs from 7:30 AM-5:30 PM Monday-Thursday. Campers are permitted to register for a total of two weeks. Pricing is $150 per week with the exception of week two which will be prorated to $113 due to Holiday closure on Thursday of that week. A $30 deposit per week will be required to secure your child's week(s). TRS staff will follow up to confirm weeks and process deposits.

ACE Summer Camp Overview

Activities Created for Enrichment (ACE) is designed for children ages 5-21 years old who have severe or profound developmental disabilities.

Program Schedule

ACE Summer Camp programming includes sessions in June and July, with drop-off / pick-up times being scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Activities include arts, crafts, games, music, movements, swimming, and field trips.

Staffing

Staff to participant ration is 1:1 through 1:4, and each staff member has been screened, trained especially for this camp, and has experience with kids who have disabilities.

Funding

ACE is funded through a purchase of service agreement through Roanoke County Parks, Recreation and Tourism; the City of Roanoke Parks and Recreation; and the City of Salem Parks and Recreation.
